Ms. Espie-Underwood, President of the firm, has been a leader in the OSHA consulting field since 1970. UGE-ECS is a multi disciplinary Environmental Engineer and Consulting firm headquartered in Southern California, providing services throughout the United States and Internationally. UGE-ECS staff includes experienced professionals and support personnel providing services in federal program management, major project control, occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene and hazardous materials abatement and training. UGE-ECS has participated in all aspects of initial site evaluations, including Phase I, II and III assessments, site discovery, background investigations, confirmation studies and hazard rankings. UGE-ECS has extensive experience investigating sites where poor housekeeping practices and improper containment has resulted in environmental contamination. UGE-ECS has conducted Preliminary Assessments at a wide variety of government facilities and buried drum sites. The firms' involvement in conducting preliminary assessments includes a wide range of contaminants released to air, surface, subsurface soils, surface water and ground water.
